This Privacy Policy explains how Cam Uptime Fleet (the "Service") accesses and handles information when you connect your Ring account to monitor the uptime of your Ring cameras. Cam Uptime Fleet is a metadata-only service: it monitors whether your cameras are online or offline and reports uptime and SLA information. It never accesses your video, snapshots, or live view.
Cam Uptime Fleet is operated by Erbacci LTD, a company incorporated in Cyprus (registered company HE 457237), acting as the data controller for information processed through the Service. For any privacy question, data request, or complaint, contact us at info@erbacciltd.com.
We access only the minimal Ring device metadata needed to monitor camera uptime:
We use the metadata above solely to deliver the uptime and SLA monitoring you enabled: to display your cameras and their status, group them into sites, detect when a camera goes offline and recovers, flag coverage gaps ("online but silent" cameras), and generate uptime/SLA reports (for example CSV and PDF exports). We do not use Ring data for advertising, marketing, analytics about individuals, resale, or any purpose beyond delivering the enabled feature.
This application uses no AI or machine-learning models and has no computer-vision pipeline. It reacts to Ring device online/offline events and reads device status metadata; all logic is deterministic status-tracking and interval arithmetic (uptime percentage, downtime, mean time to recovery, coverage gaps). Because we access no media and run no inference of any kind, Ring media and data are not used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI/ML model — there is categorically no AI pipeline, and therefore nothing is trained on your data.
No media is ever retrieved or stored. We store only device status records and SLA-relevant event metadata (offline/online/coverage-gap timestamps and durations), retained so we can produce historical uptime/SLA reports. We keep this metadata until you unlink the integration or request deletion, after which it is removed. We do not persist any raw media because none is ever accessed.
The only third parties that process data on our behalf are:
us-east-1 region, where all status and event metadata is processed and stored.We do not use Amazon Bedrock or any AI-inference third party in this app (there is no vision pipeline), and we do not share Ring data with any other third party.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with law enforcement. Cam Uptime Fleet has no law-enforcement integration, no data-sharing with law enforcement, and no public-safety or alerting-network functionality.
You can exercise your rights at any time by unlinking the integration from the Ring app
or by emailing info@erbacciltd.com. We honor data-subject access
and deletion requests. On unlink or on a deletion request, we delete the stored data associated with your
account, and we act on the device_removed and app_integration_removed webhooks
from Ring to clean up the corresponding resources automatically.
As an EU (Cyprus) company, Erbacci LTD acts as the data controller and aligns with the principles of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port the personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Our users are US-based. Where applicable US state privacy laws apply — such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended — you have the right to know what personal information we process, to request its deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information. Requests can be made via info@erbacciltd.com.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest (AWS-managed encryption on DynamoDB). Access to production systems is restricted via AWS IAM with least-privilege roles and is limited to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis. Account-linking tokens are stored encrypted and are never exposed on the client side.
Cam Uptime Fleet is not directed to children under 13. It contains no child-oriented content and is not marketed to children; it is a business tool intended for adult property owners, property managers, and operators.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make a material change, we will update the effective date below and, where appropriate, communicate the change through the app or the app listing. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
